Pico de Gallo or Salsa Fresca




- 5 roma tomatoes chopped

- One cup of chopped onion

- One serrano pepper or jalapeño pepper finely chopped with seeds and all

- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro

- The juice of a large lime

- Salt to taste

- Tortilla chips


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt to taste and serve with tortilla chips.
